These photos were taken in October just downstream from the hwy 4 crossing. The MPEG is in a pool and the photos are a little further downstream in a small side channel

In the late 70s and early 80s we used to drift down the main channel of the Taylor River during spring flood in drysuits with fins and snorkel. Killer time every time.

Lots of Coho in the deep pools. Hundreds of big dark shadows that defy my photographic ability with a surface camera.
